CALL FOR PAPERS
Thunderbird International Business Review
encourages the development of innovative
ideas and new research methods for under-
standing the challenges confronting global
business. Papers should help bridge the gap
between academics and the business com-
munity. The journal encourages applied
research with an emphasis on implications
for international business practitioners.
We are seeking papers on:
global human resource management;
emerging markets and marketing solu-
tions;
cross-cultural communications and nego-
tiation;
• technological innovations; and
• environmental and sustainability.
Submission guidelines for authors:
Submit manuscripts online at http://
mc.manuscriptcentral.com/tibr and fol-
low directions for submission by clicking
on the Create Account tab at the upper
right-hand corner of the Web page. Follow
instructions carefully and indicate the
type of manuscript you are submitting.
Make certain to include information on
any co-authors.
Include a cover letter indicating the name,
address, phone and fax numbers, and email
address of the author. The letter must state
that the article has not been previously
published and that it is not currently under
consideration elsewhere. Co-author infor-
mation must also be included when prepar-
ing to submit your manuscript.
NOTE: WHEN UPLOADING YOUR
MANUSCRIPT FILES DO NOT UPLOAD
A COVER PAGE or include any identifying
information in the files you upload. A review
PDF will be created from your files and for
that reason the manuscript must be anony-
mous. Your personal information is entered
elsewhere on the site.

COPYRIGHT:
A signed electronic copyright transfer agree-
ment (CTA)/license is needed for publication.
The author identified as the formal corre-
sponding author for each paper will receive
an email prompting this author to login in to
Author Services (https://authorservices.wiley
.com/) via the Wiley Author Licensing Service
(WALS), the corresponding author will be
able to complete the agreement on behalf
of all authors on the paper. It is important
to promptly complete this agreement within
WALS. As part of the manuscript’s produc-
tion process, the journal’s production editor
will monitor that this is completed before
the article can be published on Wiley Online
Library. Before the article is published online,
the production editor will check with the cor-
responding author if the completed agree-
ment within WALS has not happened yet and
investigate toward resolution.
