In the contemporary world, the inuence of legal education on the development of space law is

given particular attention. Review of scientic papers showed the relevance of the impact of legal

education in the development of space law. The purpose of the study is to consider the peculiarities of the

inuence of legal education on the development of space law. The author reviewed the structure of the

activity direction of legal education, which deepens the study and further development of space law. The

author has proved that knowledge of space law in domestic and interstate activities provides a deeper

understanding of the roles space, technology and law play in the globalized world. Knowledge of space

law and the development of legal education in Ukraine contributes to the establishment of international

cooperation in the exploration and use of space.

Вплив правової освіти на розвиток

космічного права

У сучасному світі впливу правової освіти на розвиток космічного права приділяється осо-

бливо пильна увага. Розгляд наукових робіт засвідчив актуальність проблеми впливу правової

освіти на розвиток космічного права. Метою дослідження є розгляд особливостей впливу пра-

вової освіти на розвиток космічного права. Автор розглянула структуру діяльнісної направле-

ності правової освіти, що поглиблює вивчення і подальшу розробку космічного права. Автором

доведено, що знання космічного права у внутрішньодержавній і міждержавній діяльності за-

безпечує глибше розуміння ролей, які космос, технології та право грають у глобалізованому
