RESUMEN

Este trabajo de i nvestigación t iene como objet ivo conocer los ant ecedent es

y la evolución inter nacional h istórica e n el reconoci miento de los d erechos

de la niñez qu e dieron origen al pri ncipio de interés supe rior mediante el

método dogmát ico para enten der su signicado, naturale za y alcance ,

que poster iormente fue adoptado p or el derecho intern acional a favor de

la protecc ión de los derechos de los ni ños.

Palabras claves: Derecho internacional de los derechos humanos; derechos

de la niñez; relación entre las diferentes ramas del derecho internacional

y princip io del interés super ior de la niñez.

This paper a ims to know the his tory and the inter national histo rical evolution

in the recognitio n of the rights of the child and the origi n to the principle of

the best interest of the c hild through the dogmatic meth od to understand its

meaning, na ture and scope that gave origi n to this into internation al law for

the protection of the rights of ch ildren.
