instruments, Academician of the International Academy of Investigation of the Future.

interests: astrophysics, astrometry, planetary cosmogony, space technique, space

law, space exploration. Currently, he works as Leading Researcher of the Institute

of Astronomy of RAS. Moscow (Russia) and as Chief Engineer of the Lavochkin

Liliya Kazantseva is a Candidate of physical and mathematical sciences, researcher. Sphere

of scientic interests: astrometry and celestial mechanics, motion of the moon;
