Catálogo de formación
Para garantizar que su formación es importante y
satisface las necesidades del rápidamente cambiante
mundo del trabajo, el programa anual de formación del
Centro se actualiza regularmente. Refleja los cambios
recientes en el entorno económico y social que afectan
al centro de trabajo, a las empresas y a una amplia
agenda de desarrollo.
El programa de formación de este año ofrece nuevos
cursos sobre cuestiones importantes que han visto
importante avances recientes. Además de los nuevos
cursos, algunos de los ya existentes han sido revisados
para reflejar desarrollos económicos y sociales clave o
para abordar nuevos debates sobre políticas y retos.
El Centro ofrecerá un programa central de cursos
estándar abiertos a la participación de candidatos que
posean las adecuadas cualificaciones lingüísticas y
profesionales. Estos cursos se celebran en su mayoría en
el campus de Turín, a distancia o de las dos maneras.
El Centro puede ofrecer un número limitado de becas,
para las que tienen prioridad los representantes de las
organizaciones mandantes tripartitas de la OIT y las
mujeres candidatas.
Algunos de los cursos estándares tradicionales del Centro
han sido reorganizados en “academias”, esto es, eventos
de mayor duración y más visibles que aúnan diferentes
cuestiones de un determinado campo y ofrece a los
participantes la opción de formación individualizada entro
de una variedad de temas y opciones lingüísticas. Una
amplia variedad de academias será ofrecida en 2012,
derivada de la positiva experiencia de años anteriores.
En 2012, la Escuela de Desarrollo de Turín, que es
una asociación entre el Centro, la Universidad de
Turín, el Politécnico, otras instituciones académicas y
organizaciones multilaterales especializadas, ofrecerán
diversos Máster o cursos de posgrado tanto en el propio
Centro como a distancia.
