In her TIE interview in this issue, Ambassador Susan Schwab, Chief United States Trade Representative, was asked how much of her time each day she spends selling within the United States the concept of the benefits of free trade deals versus actually sitting down and negotiating trade deals. Her answer: She spends 50 percent of her time performing each task.
