Corrigenda to Statements of Treaties and International Agree-
ments registered or filed and recorded with the Secretariat
Note concerning the Belgo-Luxembourg Economic
Union:
Further to recent advice by the Kingdom of Belgium and the Grand
Duchy of Luxembourg, the Belgo-Luxembourg Economic Union is
not considered to possess the legal capacity necessary to enter
into treaty relations. Accordingly, all treaty records entered under
the name of the Belgo-Luxembourg Economic Union will be
amended to state that the Kingdom of Belgium entered into these
treaty relations on behalf of Belgium and the Grand Duchy of
Luxembourg in the name of the Belgo-Luxembourg Economic
Union.
