Abdulaziz M.N. Alshbib Almutairi is a Professor of Law at Kuwait
University College of Law at Public Law Department. In addition to
his LL.M. (Southern Methodist University Deadman Law School), he
received his Doctor of the Science of Law (J.S.D.) from Washington
University in St. Louis.
Amit Bindal is an Associate Professor at Jindal Global Law School of
O.P. Jindal Global University. He has completed his doctoral work on
Law, Myth and Modernity focussing on the role of religion in legal
discourse of post-colonial societies.
Bazil Cunningham is a third-year JD and MDR (Master of Dispute
Resolution) student at Pepperdine Caruso School of Law in Malibu,
CA. He has published academic articles at the undergraduate level
on topics including negotiation theory, cross-cultural business, and
US-Sino relations. He has an international studies background with
coursework in international relations theory, diplomatic practice, global
economics, modern and ancient East Asian history, and geopolitics.
He is also uent in Mandarin Chinese, as he started learning at the age
of ve, has lived in China, and has visited other countries in Asia and
Europe. In law school, he is currently a research assistant for one of the
constitutional law professors, has clerked for the Chief Justice of the
Supreme Court of Ghana, is a legal extern, and serves as the Symposium
Editor for Pepperdines Dispute Resolution Law Journal, a scholarly
publication aliated with the number one ranked Straus Institute For
Dispute Resolution. His interests in the law include Constitutional Law,
International Law, ADR, Contracts, and Bioethics.
David T. Eyongndi is an Assistant Professor at the Private and
Commercial Law Programme of College of Law, Bowen University, Iwo
with research focus on Labour and Employment Law and International
Commercial Arbitration.
Kingsley O.N. Onu is a Lecturer at the Department of Public Law,
Faculty of Law, Adeleke University, Ede, Nigeria. At present, he is a
Doctoral Candidate at University of Ibadan researching on Human
Rights Approach to Climate Change Mitigation in Nigeria.
