Atul Alexander is Assistant Professor of Law at the West Bengal
National University of Juridical Sciences (WB-NUJS), Kolkata, India.
Mr. Alexander has written widely on International Law, and some of
his works were cited by the New York Times, South China Morning Post
etc. He has contributed to leading Journals, including Asian Journal
of International Law (Cambridge University Press), Liverpool Law
Review (Springer), Arab Law Quarterly (Brill), Groningen Journal of
International Law. He was invited as a panellist at AsianSIL Biennial
Conference, to be held on 22-23 August 2019, Regional Conference
of ASIL at China, Beijing and recently selected as panellist at the
European Society of International (ESIL) interest group workshop in
the context of the 2021 ESIL Annual Conference, slated to be held in
Stockholm, 8 September, 2021. Further, he was invited to deliver a talk
for the Indonesian Society of International Law (ISIL) on the topic
“Norm Conicts in International Law.” He is also on the review board
of the Indonesia Journal of Law and Society.
Mohammad Almutairi is an Assistant Professor of Commercial Law
at Kuwait University Faculty of Law. In addition to his academic
position, Almutairi also serves as legal consultant to various Kuwaiti
governmental oces, including Kuwaiti Competition Protection
Agency, Minister of Finance, and Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
Shouvik Kumar Guha is Assistant Professor (Law) and currently the
Co-Coordinator of the Centre for Financial and Regulatory Governance
Studies and the Centre for Competition Laws, the Founder-Coordinator
of the Centre for Law, Literature and Popular Culture, the Assistant
Coordinator of the Centre for Law and Technology, and the Associate
Director of the Centre for Aviation and Space Laws at NUJS. In 2019,
a course designed by him, exploring the interface between law and
fantasy ction literature, has received international acclaim and global
media coverage for being the rst of its kind in the world. He also has
the distinction of being a TEDx speaker, and a member of the global
forum of Sustainable Market Actors for Responsible Trade (SMART),
the Network of Indian Competition Experts—Cartel Working Group
(NICE-CWG) created by the Competition Commission of India, the IP
and Innovation Researchers of Asia Network (IPIRA), and the Indian
