NOTES ON CONTRIBUTORS
Émilie Charpentier is a LL.M candidate at the Geneva Academy of
International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights. She holds a
bachelor’s degree of International Law and International Relations
from the Université du Québec à Montréal.
Michelle Denis is an Adjunct Professor of Law in the Master of Science
in Law Program at Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad
College of Law and an Associate Director of Recruiting for the Oce
of Career and Professional Development at the University of Florida
Levin College of Law. She received her B.A. from Florida Atlantic
University, Magna Cum Laude, and her J.D. from Nova Southeastern
University, Shepard Broad College of Law, Magna Cum Laude.
Jackson Skinner is a third-year law student at the J. Reuben Clark
School of Law in Provo, UT. Before beginning law school he was a full-
time librarian, and he received a Bachelor of Arts in History with an
emphasis on Cold War Foreign Policies at Brigham Young University.
He lives with his wife and three children in Provo, UT.
Kevin T. Sharp received his J.D. from e University of Iowa College
of Law. Kevin served as the Senior Articles Editor for e Journal of
Corporation Law and founded the College of Law’s National Lawyers
Guild chapter. He previously worked as a Peggy Browning Fellow for
United Steelworkers in Pittsburgh, PA and as a legal extern for the Iowa
State Education Association (Iowa Teachers Union). He also served as
a judicial extern for the United States District Court for the District of
Arizona. Kevin is an incoming Sta Counsel at the Service Employees
International Union (SEIU) Local 721 in Los Angeles, CA.
