Agreement of accession of the Hellenic Republic to the Convention
implementing the Schengen Agreement of 14 June 1985 between
the Governments of the States of the Benelux Economic Union, the
Federal Republic of Germany and the French Republic on the
gradual abolition of checks at their common borders signed at
Schengen on 19 June 1990, to which the Italian Republic acceded
by the Agreement signed at Paris on 27 November 1990 and the
Kingdom of Spain and the Portuguese Republic by the Agreements
signed at Bonn on 25 June 1991 (with final act, annexed
Agreement and joint declaration). Madrid, 6 November 1992

Correction
[The entry has been corrected to reflect the fact that France did not
make declarations at the time of deposit of its instrument of Approval
and that Greece did make declarations at the time of deposit of its
instrument of ratification. It has also been corrected to reflect the fact
that a joint declaration is attached to the Agreement.]

implementing the Schengen Agreement of 14 June 1985 between
the Governments of the States of the Benelux Economic Union, the
Federal Republic of Germany and the French Republic on the
gradual abolition of checks at their common borders signed at
Schengen on 14 June 1990, to which the Italian Republic, the
Kingdom of Spain and the Portuguese Republic, and the Hellenic
Republic, acceded by the Agreements signed respectively on 27
November 1990, on 25 June 1991 and on 6 November 1992 (with
