Liudmyla V. Kulachok-Titova is an Associate Professor in
the Department of State and Legal Disciplines at
V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, Kharkiv, Ukraine
Denys H. Sevryukov is a Professor in the Department of
Theory of Law and State in the Educational and Scientific
Institute of Law at the Taras Shevchenko National
University of Kyiv, Ukraine.
Yuliya O. Ostapenko is a Postgraduate Student at the
Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University,

Vlada M. Shkoda is a Postgraduate Student in the

ABSTRACT
In today’s world, the issue of respect for and observance of human rights
in the eld of labour relations is rather important. Ensuring human rights
and freedoms is no longer just a domestic affair, but the goal of the entire
world. The purpose of the study is to analyse the current state of Ukraine’s
international cooperation with foreign countries in general, and the European
Union in particular. It identies problematic aspects of implementing
international standards in the eld of labour protection using national
legislation and solutions.
