Arab and Latin Leaders Talk Democracy in Lima

Tunisian President Moncef Marzouki arrives in Lima where Arab and South American leaders are meeting for a roundtable discussion on democracy. Marzouki spoke to some of the weaknesses and challenges of the "Arab Spring," stressing that the pro-democracy protests in the Middle East have taken place without a particular ideology or leadership.
