A citizen of Uzbekistan died in Malatya Province of Turkiye as a result of the deadly earthquake, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan said.

Another 4 Uzbekistanis are missing. The search operation to establish their whereabouts is ongoing.
