Tashkent court cancels license of Quramax Medikal after 20 children die from taking Doc-1 Max

The Tashkent Interdistrict Economic Court satisfied the claim to cancel the license of Quramax Medikal to conduct pharmaceutical activities in Uzbekistan, issued by the Pharmaceutical Industry Development Agency on December 10, 2019, the press service of the Supreme Court reported.

The court also satisfied the requirement to withdraw unusable medicines from circulation and destroy them, gazeta.uz reported.

The company is an importer of Doc-1 Max cough syrup, after taking which 20 children died.
