Talas vice mayor, local council speaker detained on power abuse

The State National Security Committee detained Talas vice mayor Maksat Baijigitov, Talas local council speaker Adylbek Jusupbekov, vice speaker Azis Kuramaev.

They will remain in custody until January 31.
