Tajikistan, Uzbekistan Completing State Border Demarcation

AKIPRESS.COM - The working group of the government of Uzbekistan has arrived in Dushanbe for talks with the Tajik government delegation.

The sides expect to complete border demarcation before January 27, Asia Plus reports. The border delimitation was accomplished by two countries last year.

The agreement between Tajikistan and Uzbekistan on selected sections of the Tajik-Uzbek border was signed during the state visit of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev to Dushanbe on March 9-10, 2018.
