Staff of the Bishkek combined heat and power plant asked for reappointment of the former director of the plant Nurlan Omurkul uulu, Deputy Energy Minister Mirlan Jakypov told a press conference on Monday.

The Deputy Energy Minister was asked how the person with conviction could be appointed to lead the plant.

This was decision of Energy Minister Talaibek Ibraev, Deputy Minister Jakypov replied.
