Russia cuts stake in Eurasian Development Bank's authorized capital from 65.98% to 44.79%. Stake of Kyrgyzstan grows to 4.2%

The Board of the Eurasian Development Bank uanimously approved reallocation of the authorized capital between the member states on December 30, the Bank's press service said.

A part of 321,151 shares of Russia in the authorized paid-up capital of the Bank is equally re-allocated between the rest member states. Russia's stake in the Eurasian Development Bank was lowered from 65.9761% to 44.7878%.

Following reallocation, stakes of other member states in the authorized paid-up capital are as follows below:

Kazakhstan - 37.2865%;

Belarus - 5.2121%;

Tajikistan - 4.2555%;

Armenia - 4.2291%;

Kyrgyzstan - 4.2291%.

According to the annual report of the Bank for 2021, the stakes of the countries in authorized capital of $7 billion were the following:

Russia - 65.97%;

Kazakhstan - 32.99%;

Belarus - 0.99%;
