can be no mi litary solutio n in Libya, and reite rat ing calls for all p arties to c ommit

with out dela y to a l asting c easefir e and po litical dialogu e under the lead ersh ip of th e

Spec ial Envo y of the Secret ary-Ge neral,

of t he confl ict by terrorist and vi olent extremis t group s, and noting the imp act of t he

conf lict on n eighbou ring co untries and the region,
