The Ge neral As sembly,

Recalling all its previous reso lutions on the compre hensive foll ow-up to the

World Conferenc e agai nst Ra cism, Racial Discrimi nation, Xenopho bia an d Related

Intol erance and the effec tive impleme ntation of the Durba n Decla ration and

Progra mme of Act ion adopt ed by the World Confere nce,

in parti cular its resolutio ns

66/144 of 19 December 2011, 67/ 155 of 2 0 Decemb er 2012, 74/137 of 18 De cember

2019 and 7 6/1 of 22 Se ptember 2021, and in this regard underlin ing the impera tive

need for their full and effective impleme ntation,

Recal ling also the s uffering of the v ictims of rac ism, racia l discrimina tion,

xenoph obia and related intolera nce, and the need t o honour t heir memo ry,

Calli ng upon St ates to hon our the mem ory of vict ims of the historica l injustic es

of slavery, the slave trad e, i ncluding the transa tlantic slave trade , co lonialism a nd

apart heid,

Stressi ng that th e o utcome of the World Con ference aga inst Racism, Ra cial

Discri mination, Xenopho bia and Re lated Int olerance has t he same st atus as t he

outco mes of a ll the major Uni ted Nati ons confe rences, summits and special sessions

in the hum an rights and social fiel ds, and that the Durb an Declara tion and Progr amme

of Action remains a sol id basis a nd th e only in struc tive outc ome of the World

Confer ence, which pre scribes com prehensiv e me asures for com batin g al l the sco urges
