Reaffirm ing the Conventi on on the Ri ghts o f Perso ns wit h Disa bilities ,

instr ument, encoura ging it s ratifi cation b y Memb er State s and i ts impl ementati on by

Stat es p arties, and ta king note of the Opt ional Proto col to the Conven tion on the

Righ ts of Pe rsons w ith Disa bilities,
