Decl aration o n the Grant ing of Ind ependen ce to Colon ial Coun tries and P eoples

for 2020,

Reco gniz ing that all avail able opt ions for s elf-de terminat ion of th e Territory are

valid as long as they ar e in acco rdance w ith the f reely exp ressed w ishes of the peop le

of Mon tserrat an d in confor mity with th e clearly de fined prin ciples con tained in

Gene ral Assemb ly resol utions 1514 (XV) o f 14 Dec ember 1 960, 15 41 (XV) of

15 Dece mber 19 60 and o ther res olution s of the As sembly,
