and the r elated rep ort of the Advis ory Commi ttee on Admini strative a nd

Budg etary Qu estions ,

Reca llin g Security Coun cil re solution 1925 (201 0) of 28 M ay 20 10, by which

the Co uncil dec ided that, as from 1 Jul y 2010, the United Na tions Orga nization

Miss ion in th e Democr atic Rep ublic of t he Congo would be ar the ti tle “Unit ed

Nati ons O rganizati on St abilizat ion Mi ssion in the Dem ocratic Rep ublic of the

Cong o”, and r ecalling also the s ubsequ ent reso lutions b y which th e Counc il extend ed

the m andate o f the Mi ssion, th e latest of whi ch was re solution 2502 (2019) o f

19 Dece mber 20 19, by which t he Coun cil ext ended t he mand ate of the Mis sion until

20 D ecember 2020,

Miss ion and its subseque nt r esolutio ns t hereon, the late st o f wh ich was resolut ion

73/3 15 o f 3 July 2019, a s well as its de cision 73/555 o f 3 July 2019,

Reca llin g fur ther its resolut ion 58/ 315 of 1 July 2 004,

Reaffirm ing th e gen eral p rinciple s unde rlying the financi ng of Unite d Nati ons

peac ekeeping ope rations, as state d in its resol utions 187 4 (S -IV) of 2 7 Ju ne 1 963,

3101 (XXVII I) of 11 Decembe r 1973 and 55/ 235 of 23 D ecember 2000,
