2. Endo rse s the conclus ions an d recomm endatio ns conta ined in t he repor t of

the Advis ory Commit tee on Adminis trative an d Budgetar y Questio ns,3 as wel l a s

those con tained in paragr aphs 21, 22, 27, 28 a nd 2 9 of the repo rt o f th e Advis ory

Comm ittee on ob servatio ns and reco mmendat ions o n cro ss-cut ting i ssues related to

peac ekeeping operat ions;
