Char ter of the Uni ted Nat ions an d in a ccordan ce with all r elevant reso lutions ,

inclu ding Gen eral Asse mbly reso lutions 1 514 (XV) o f 14 Decembe r 1 960 and

1541 (XV) o f 15 Dec ember 1 960,

Reca llin g its resolu tion 67/26 5 o f 17 May 2013, enti tled “Self-d etermin ation

of Fren ch Polyne sia”, in whic h it affirmed t he inalien able right of t he people of

Fren ch Poly nesia t o self -determin ation a nd ind ependenc e in a ccordan ce with

Chap ter X I of the Char ter and i ts resol ution 151 4 (XV), reco gnized t hat Fren ch

Poly nesia rem ains a No n-Self-G overnin g Terri tory with in t he meani ng o f th e

Char ter, an d dec lared that a n obl igation exist s unde r Artic le 73 e of th e Cha rter on

the part of the Gove rnment of Fran ce, as t he admin isterin g Power of the Ter ritor y, to

tran smit info rmation on Fre nch Pol ynesia,
