67/99. Measures to eliminate international terrorism
The General Assembly
,
Guided
by the purposes and principles of the Charter of the United Nations,
Reaffirming
, in all its aspects, the United Nations Global Counter-Terrorism
Strategy adopted on 8 September 2006,

which enhances the overall framework for
the efforts of the international community to effectively counter the scourge of
terrorism in all its forms and manifestations, and recalling the first, second and third
biennial reviews of the Strategy, on 4 and 5 September 2008, 8 September 2010, and
28 and 29 June 2012 respectively, and the debates that were held on those
occasions,

Recalling
its resolutions 62/272 of 5 September 2008, 64/297 of 8 September
2010 and 66/282 of 29 June 2012,
Recalling also
its resolution 66/10 of 18 November 2011,
Recalling further
the Declaration on the Occasion of the Fiftieth Anniversary
of the United Nations,

Recalling
the United Nations Millennium Declaration,

Recalling also
the 2005 World Summit Outcome,

and reaffirming in particular
the section on terrorism,
Recalling further
the Declaration on Measures to Eliminate International
Terrorism, contained in the annex to General Assembly resolution 49/60 of
