The Leninskiy district court found the decision of the Leninskiy district administration of Bishkek restricting venues of peaceful assemblies since January 16 to April 1 as lawful.

The district administration reportedly conducted analysis of regular rallies in the capital linked to the situation in Ukraine. The district administration said participants of such actions used 'provocative slogans inciting ethnic hatred and touching upon national interest of the country.'
