President's Administration suggests dismissal of several prosecutors after scandal with organized crime group in Suzak

The President's Administration working group was set up to study whether prosecutors performed their duties properly in connection with detention of the police officers in Suzak district, Jalal-Abad region, president's press service said.

The check found violations of the effective legislation and improper supervision after investigation, operative and investigative activities by prosecution workers.

Dismissal of the following prosecutors is recommended for violations, lack of control and improper supervision after investigation:

- First Deputy General Prosecutor Abai Moldokmatov;

- Jalal-Abad region prosecutor A.Kiyazov;

- Jalal-Abad region deputy prosecutor Z.Toichubaev;

- Suzak district prosecutor B.Sydygaliev;
