Mongolia and Kazakhstan to cooperate in aviation search and rescue

The governments of Mongolia and Kazakhstan discussed a draft Agreement on cooperation in aviation search and rescue at the last meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers. Members of the Cabinet of Ministers approved the project and agreed to give signatory rights to Minister of Road and Transport Development Byambatsogt Sandag.

The draft Agreement on cooperation in aviation search and rescue consists of 13 articles.

The agreement mainly concern the organization of search and rescue operations in neighboring countries in accordance with the instructions and recommendations of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) for search and rescue operations.
