Ministry of Energy says all hydropower plants function normally in Kyrgyzstan

Minister of Energy Talaibek Ibraev visited Tash-Komur and Toktogul cascade hydropower plants on January 12.

The Energy Minister met with management and workers of Tash-Komur, Toktogul cascade, Kambar-Ata-2, Naryn hydropower plants during this visit.

They discussed operation and technical conditions of units of hydropower plants, dwelling for workers, outcomes of 2022 and plans for 2023.

Hydropower plants operate as normally. All repair works planned in 2022 are carried out, the plants function properly without failures, their management said.
