Ministry of Education supports creating conditions for self-financing of vocational schools

There are 100 vocational schools in Kyrgyzstan, Deputy Minister of Education and Science Rasul Abazbek uulu said on January 13 at a meeting of the Alliance faction.

Deputies and representatives of government agencies are discussing amendments to the Budget Code of Kyrgyzstan and to the law on education. The MPs propose to give vocational schools for self-financing.

1 billion 523 million soms were spent on their financing in 2022, the Deputy Minister of Education noted.
