Ministry of Energy of Azerbaijan Publishes Volumes of Kazakh Oil Transit for 2014

4 million tons of oil from Kazakhstan will be transported via the territory of Azerbaijan in 2014, it is written in the article published on Monday in the official press by Head of the Investment Department of the Ministry of Energy of Azerbaijan Ramiz Rzaev.

By today, more than 230 million tons of oil has been transported via the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan pipeline and about 225 million tons of Azerbaijan oil went to the world markets via the port of Ceyhan, Rzaev wrote. He also noted that about 8.6 million tons of oil from Turkmenistan has been also transported via the pipeline.
