Memo on construction of HPP on Orto-Tokoi water reservoir signed between Ministries of Energy, Economy, Finance and Chinese company

The memorandum on construction of the 21 MW hydropower plant on the Orto-Tokoi water reservoir was signed, the Ministry of Economy reported.

The memorandum of cooperation was signed on January 13 between the Ministry of Economy and Commerce, Ministry of Energy, Financial and Credit Fund under Ministry of Finance and China National Heavy Machinery Corporation.
