Mailuu-Suu struggling to restore water and heat supply

Restoration of the water and heat supply system is ongoing in the town of Mailuu-Suu, Jalal-Abad region.

The water got frozen in the canals used by heat plants. That led to disruption in heat supply. The emergency situation was declared in the town.

"We are working on the water intake now, which supplies the town with water. After drop of air temperature to -25°C at night and to -27°C in previous nights, the sources of water were frozen.
