Kazakhstan, Ireland Sign Intergovernmental Convention on Avoidance of Double Taxation

AKIPRESS.COM - Kazakhstan and Ireland signed a convention on avoidance of double taxation and prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to income taxes on April 27 in Astana, the foreign ministry of Kazakhstan said.

The deal was signed on behalf of Kazakhstan by the Minister of Finance Bakhyt Sultanov and Ambassador of Ireland to Kazakhstan based in Moscow Adrian McDaid on behalf of the Government of Ireland.The sides believe that this convention will give a powerful momentum to enhancing business partnership, the statement said.

Ambassador Adrian McDaid also talked to Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan Roman Vasilenko. The diplomats underlined that this year is a jubilee for the Kazakh-Irish relations.
