Governors of Batken region of Kyrgyzstan, Sughd region of Tajikistan hold border talks

Batken region governor Abdikarim Alimbaev met with governor of Sughd region of Tajikistan Rajoba Ahmadzoda on February 2.

The following agreements were reached during the talks:

- all outstanding border issues will be resolved through talks;

- bilateral events will be held throughout 2023;

- outreach work with residents of border areas of Batken and Sughd regions.
