General Prosecutor's Office to resume investigation of probe against MP Emil Jamgyrchiev

The Supreme Court has sustained motion of the General Prosecutor's Office to resume criminal probe against MP Emil Jamgyrchiev and former Government's Vice Chief of Staff Baktybek Kalmuratov in connection with new disclosed circumstances.

The case was forwarded to the General Prosecutor for launch of pre-trial investigation, the Supreme Court said.
