GDP of Kyrgyzstan grows by 4.8% in January 2023

The gross domestic product amounted to 48.4 billion soms and the real growth made 4.8% in January 2023, according to preliminary estimation of the National Statistical Committee, the Ministry of Economy and Commerce said.

The growth made 0.9% in January 2022.

Excluding Kumtor mine, the growth rate in January 2023 made 4.7% versus 1.1% in January 2022.

The industrial production growth made 7.5% compared to January 2022.
