Environmental Education in Kazakhstan Promoted With New Osce-supported Textbook
AKIPRESS.COM - An OSCE-supported textbook for secondary school students on environmental awareness was launched at a roundtable discussion on improving secondary education on 5 May 2017 in Astana, the OSCE reports.
The book will be used in an elective course for sixth- and seventh-grade students at Kazakhstan's secondary schools once it passes the final stage of approval by the Education and Science Ministry.The event was organized by the OSCE Programme Office in Astana in partnership with the Zhandanu Alemi Public Foundation and the Education and Science Ministry.
