The court has returned Caravan shopping center to its previous owner, ex-mayor of Bishkek Nariman Tuleyev, State Property Management Fund Chairman Mirlan Bakirov said at the meeting of the Parliament Committee for Budget, Economic and Fiscal Policy.

The shopping center was confiscated earlier, but then the court returned the property to its previous owner, he said.

More than 200 cases on state properties are considered by courts now, he said.
