stated

this Agreement.
WHEREAS
the
Government
of
Colombia
and
the Government
of
the
United
States
of
America signed
the
General
Agreement
for
Economic,
Technical
and
Related Assistance
dated
July
23, 1962,
the
assistance
to
be
provided by·this Agreement are
subject
to
the
terms
and
conditions
of
such
General
Agreement.

Agreement

in
accordance
with
the
General
Agreement
for
Economic,
Technical
and
Related
Assistance
dated
July
23, 1962
between
the
Government
ofColombia
and
the
Government
of
the
United
States.
USAID
Contribution:
USAID,
pursuant
to
the
Foreign Assistance
Act
of
1961,
as
amended,
hereby
grants
to
the
Grantee
Five
Million
United
States
Dollars
(US$5,000,000) (the "Grant")
to
be
expended as described
herein.
