Consultation Meetings on Casa-1000 Project Open in Tajikistan
Consultation meetings to discuss preliminary reports on CASA-1000 project opened in Tajikistan on Wednesday, the World Bank Office in Dushanbe told CA-News. The first meeting will be held on Wednesday in Dushanbe, other two on December 6, 9 in Khujand and Kurgan-Tube, respectively.
Representatives of relevant ministries, international organizations and expert circles will discuss the preliminary report on regional environmental assessment of the proposed CASA-1000 project.
It is also planned to discuss report on social impact assessment and draft resettlement policy, prepared for the proposed CASA-1000 project.
