Cabinet declares moratorium on business checks until end of 2023

The Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan has imposed a temporary ban (moratorium) on business checks by law enforcement agencies and other authorized agencies.

Such resolution was issued on December 30 in accordance with the president's executive order.

The moratorium aims to provide support to businesses, to exclude unnecessary and unfounded interference into business activities and to provide conducive investment environment.
