12 February 2023 (Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA)) Lattakia, SANA-A Belarusian aid plane arrived at Lattakia International Airport, accompanied by the Belarusian Deputy Minister of Emergencies, Khodolev Alexander, and Belarusian Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary in Damascus Yuri Sluka.
