In
its
application
to
the
International
Development
Association
(hereinafter
called
"the
Association
")
the
Convention,
including
this
annex, shall
operate
subject
to
the
following
provisions
:

Association

a

of
competent
jurisdiction
in
the territories
of
a
member
in
which
the Association
has
an
office,
has
appointed
an
agent for
