53 People Hospitalized in Kyrgyzstan With Measles
AKIPRESS.COM - 53 people are being treated from measles at the Republican Clinical Infectious Diseases Hospital, chief doctor Guljigit Aaliyev confirmed.
23 of them hospitalized over the past weekend.As of Feb 18, 10 people turned to hospital with measles, 7 of them were hospitalized.
"Half of them are children under the age of 1 year and those who have not received the measles vaccine," said the doctor. Measles incidence rates is increasing in Kyrgyzstan, Aaliyev noted.
