Some 10% of the 270 driving schools are currently closed, Director of the Vehicle and Driver Registration State Enterprise Rustam Jokoev said on January 31 at a meeting of the Parliament Committee on Transport, Communications, Architecture and Construction.

There are 48 driving schools in Bishkek, he said. Students are distributed according to the schedule and take exams.
