El Informe Periódico 39 de la Misión de Apoyo al Proceso de Paz de la OEA en Colombia (MAPP/OEA) reconoce la importancia del diálogo con enfoque de paz territorial, presenta 22 recomendaciones dirigidas a 12 entidades del Gobierno nacional y urge a fortalecer capacidades institucionales para proyectar los esfuerzos de paz.
Ante la intensificación de la violencia por parte de grupos armados, la MAPP/OEA llama a identificar desafíos en la implementación de la política de paz, a reorientar y fortalecer esfuerzos, y a garantizar la participación segura y autónoma de las comunidades durante el proceso electoral en Colombia.
