United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (in re-

spect of: Guernsey)

Receipt of notification by the Secretary-General of the Council of

Europe: 29 January 2003

Date of effect: 29 January 2003 . The territorial application will

have effect between the Bailiwick of Guernsey and all the

Contracting Parties with the exception of Austria and Ireland

which raised an objection.

Registration with the Secretariat of the United Nations: Coun-

cil of Europe, 9 May 2003
